This step starts the process of dislodging the oily soils that are still attached to the carpet fibers (most cleaners just extract after pre-conditioning the carpet) Next using our “Restorative Dual Head Rotary Jet Extractor” we further agitate the pre-conditioner into the carpet fibers. -
Then we extract with extremely hot conditioned water using the steam chamber of the Rotary Extractor, leaving your carpet fibers clean and free of sticky residue.
You get complete cleaning around the edges, behind and under the furniture, under plastic chair mats, and yes, we will even groom your carpet with a special brush to lift and restore the nap. Whew!

Our “Restorative Dual Head Rotary Jet Extractor” employs a patented process of Rotary Jet Extraction cleaning. Each stainless steel cleaning head has three spray jets followed by three vacuum slots. Dual high torque gear motors power the heads in a counter-rotating motion at 250 R.P.M. to produce 1500 rotary cleaning passes per minute. The patented dome-shaped design of the cleaning heads completely encapsulates the spray jets and vacuum slots to create a "Steam Chamber" effect in the cleaning zone with minimal heat loss.
