We test to see if your Protectant is still working or

if it needs to be refreshed at your next cleaning.

We look at the wear of your carpet to see where it is in its life cycle.

We will also tell you how to make your carpet last longer and look young for its age.

5. SOIL LEVEL

We determine the level of soil in your carpet to make sure that we can use the

appropriate amount and type of pre-conditioner as will as equipment to

insure that you get the cleanest carpet possible.

6. DEEP PILE INSPECTION

Check for the presence and amount of deep embedded soil,

which is the main cause of carpet ware.

7. PROBLEMS AND STAINS

We will point out any problems and stains that we find and

what can be done to fix them. If you know of any problems that are hiding,

let us know and we will add them to your report.

8. PET URINE TEST

We test for the presence of pet contamination and severity.

9. LAY OF THE CARPET

We check for the direction of the carpet lay.

This is helpful because we try to clean against the lay of the carpet to open up the pile.

This allows removal of dirt and grit that has worked its way deep into the carpet.

10. ROOM SIZE

We will measure exactly how much carpet you have in each room.

After our initial visit, we’ll keep your measurements in our records.

We price by square foot, with a different rate for wall to wall cleaning than

traffic area only cleaning to make sure you only pay for what we clean.

11. VACUUM CHECK-UP

We will take a look at your vacuum to make sure it is running its very best.
