10 STEPS FOR BEST CLEANING RESULTS

Our technicians are IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified. We use a variety of professional grade carpet and upholstery cleaning products to guarantee the best results. The preparation of the areas to be cleaned is the first step in the best possible cleaning outcome; therefore a thorough preparation of your carpets will ensure the best cleaning results. Remember the rates quoted are based upon proper customer preparation.

1. REMOVE ALL SMALL ITEMS AND PLANTS

Remove all small items and plants from the rooms being cleand. You may want to use areas with hard surfaces, attached garages or areas not being cleaned for temporary storage. There are some pieces of furniture we will not move and clean around. Examples include china cabinets, entertainment centers, desks, pianos, appliances and bookcases. If we are cleaning the traffic areas in a bedroom you may place small items on the bed. If you wish to have the beds or furniture moved please do not load them up with other furniture or items. If dressers or chests are heavy it is helpful if you remove the drawers. Please inform your technicians of any furniture that is fragile or broken so we may exercise extra care when moving it. We will clean around entertainment centers, bookcases, grandfather clocks and other furniture that is not safe to move. When you pick WALL to WALL cleaning we will move your sofas, love seat, large chairs, coffee tables, end tables, dining room table, chairs and all other movable furniture.

2.THOROUGHLY VACUUM ALL CARPET

Thoroughly vacuum all carpet and use a crevice tool along the wall edge and on steps. This would be a good time to install a clean vacuum bag to ensure optimal performance of your vacuum. This is especially important if you have pets that shed. If we will be cleaning your furniture please vacuum off pet hair and any debris under the cushions. If you pick our GOLD, PLANTUM or having a 6-month SPRUCE-UP clean, we will take care of this step for you.

3. REMOVE BREACKABLES

Remove all breakable items such as vases, lamps and other miscellaneous items from tops of furniture that we will be moving.

4. KEEP LONG DRAPS OFF THE FLOOR

Please hang full-length draperies on coat hangers from the rods. This step is part of our PLANTUM clean.

5. TUCK-UP BEDDING

Please tuck up any bedspreads or skirting on beds that touches the floor. This step is part of our PLANTUM clean.

6. TELL US ABOUT ANY SPOTS

Please call to the technician's attention any spots or STAINS, which may require special attention. If possible identify the cause of a spot. If we are aware of the cause it will assist us in choosing a product to attempt removal.

7. SPECIAL FURNITURE

Please bring to our attention furniture or other items that may require special handling.

8. PETS

Please let your pets know that our technicians do not bite. We would appreciate mutual consideration in this regard. Please have pets put in an area so they will not bark, bite or run away.

9. OUR VAN

Please clear vehicles from the driveway. We will need the space closest to the door we will be entering. If you might have to leave while we are cleaning please remove your car from the garage and park it on the street before we arrive.

10. PAYMENT

Payment is required upon completion. We accept cheques, cash, Visa and Master Card We make every effort to keep our appointments, however on occasion we may have to adjust our schedule. We will not rush through one job to arrive on time to the following job. By being prepared you can help us to maintain our schedule. If for some reason we have to adjust our schedule we will call to let you know. If you are curious about time feel free to call us the day of your appointment and we will give you our best estimate of arrival time.
